MERCHANDISE DEFECTIVE OR MISSING: |

The customer is responsible for reporting defective, shipping-damaged or missing item within 48 hours of receiving their order. Adorngallery and / or the shipper cannot be held responsible for cases reported after this period. |

Should you find your merchandise defective or missing item and report to us in writing within the specified time limit, we will gladly accept the item back. Adorngallery stands behind our merchandise and will try to repair it first, and should that not be possible, we will replace the item with a brand new one. Should we fail to replace a defective item due to a lack of stock or a discontinued item, we will make a full refund in the same form of payment initially used to make the purchase. |
