Payment instructions Payment is required within 3 days. We accept payment through PayPal in USD $$ only. If you do not have a PayPal account, it can easily be set up by visiting PayPal.Com. If you want to take some time to shop and combine shipping, everything must be paid for within 3 days of the first item ordered. If you have any problems making your payment, please contact us and we will send you a PayPal invoice which should make payment easier for you.
If you don't have PayPal and do not want to sign up for it, you can pay us by credit card. When you receive your invoice, Click on the Pay Now button, The summary of the order will come up and there will be a place to click to pay by PayPal,click that. When the PayPal sign in page comes up, Under the spot where you fill in your PayPal user name and password is a spot which says "no PayPal account, I want to pay by Credit Card. Click that and you can then fill in your credit card information to pay by Credit Card!!!
Insurance Insurance is now available on international flat rate envelope shipments for an additional fee. If you wish to have this coverage, let us know and we will re-bill your order to include the additional charges. All International priority flat rate box shipments include automatic insurance up to a specified amount, which is usually adequate to insure the contents when we ship fabric. Sometimes international shipments are randomly selected by customs for inspection - this may hold up a shipment for several weeks. We have no control over this. Also, sometimes the receiving post office may hold your package awaiting payment for customs duty. If your package does not arrive within 10 days after payment - we strongly recommend that you contact your local post office every 7 days and ask if your package is there, awaiting payment of duty. |
