How do you sell your items so inexpensively, are they authentic?

Q: How do you sell your items so inexpensively, are they authentic?
A: We purchase overstocks, overruns, closeouts and liquidations from major name-brand retail outlets as well as manufacturers and offer it to our customers at great low prices. All of our items are 100% authentic. Please see our feedback which will verify authenticity, quality, and satisfaction. Most items have retail or manufacturer tags but most do not have original retail packaging or boxes.

Q: I want to use a credit card for payment, how do I do that?
A: Please select in the eBay check out your payment choice. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover from U.S. buyers only. We do not accept international credit cards direct – only through an authorized PayPal account.

Q: Do you offer discount shipping on items that are not Free Shipping?
A. If the items you purchase are not designated as FREE SHIPPING, we gladly offer discounted shipping and handling on MOST items when multiple purchases are made within three days. To qualify, you must make one single combined payment, and your purchases must ship to one address. Shipping discounts should be automatically calculated but if there are not, please contact us. Depending upon what the item is and the weight of the item, the discount is 25-50% off.

Q: Can I return a product? How do I do that?
A: Yes, you can return a product in accordance with our return policy stated on every listing. Just send the item to:

Please include a copy of your sales receipt so we can locate your sales record quickly to process the refund. We suggest insurance in case your package gets lost. If we do not receive it, we cannot refund you. We refund whatever method you used to purchase the item. If you used PayPal, we will refund PayPal and PayPal will refund whatever method you used to pay for the transaction.

Please note: We charge a $5 restocking fee and we do not refund the original shipping charge to send the item to you even if it stated FREE shipping. Item must be unused and in the same condition as shipped. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of item. Return shipping charges are your responsibility unless we have made an error and then you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and we will send a prepaid shipping label. Refunds are processed within 5 days of receipt.

Q: Do I need a RAN (Return Authorization Number) in order to return an item?
A: If we made an error in our listing or sent the wrong item, then you must contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and we will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the item to us. If a Return Authorization Number and label are not issued, we will accept the return but you will not receive shipping and handling charges and will be charged a restock fee.

Q: Can I exchange an item for another item?
A: We do not offer exchanges, BUT we do have a refund policy as stated on every listing and if you purchase another item, we will waive the restock fee. Purchase the item that you want and we will ship it out immediately. Once we receive your return we will then process it and refund your account and waive the restock fee.

Please purchase the item you wish and then return the item you do not wish for a refund.

Q: Do you accept checks or money orders?
A: We do not accept checks or money orders directly. You can pay with a check through PayPal (eCheck) and you do not need a PayPal account, only a valid email address. We only accept electronic payments.

Q: The item is defective. What do I do?

A: Any problems or defects with a product after purchase is not our responsibility. We are not authorized dealers or representatives of any of the products that we sell. You must deal directly with the manufacturer for remedy including repair or replacement.

Q: Do you have this item in different sizes or colors?

A: We carry extensive selections of most of our items, but our sell-through rates are very rapid. Virtually 100% of product that is in stock is listed at all times. If the item is not listed in eBay, then you can also check our Vendio store. If not listed there, then we do not have it in stock. Q: When do you leave feedback for buyers?
A: Adrimar Trading’s mission is to deliver great product at great prices ...quickly and efficiently. Because of this commitment, and due to the number of transactions that we fulfill daily, it is necessary for us to use an automated system to leave feedback for our customers. The system automatically leaves feedback for all customers who have left feedback for Adrimar Trading Company.

Q: I live near Adrimar Trading Company - Can I just pick up my item to avoid shipping fees?
A: The lease agreement of our warehouse is not designated as a retail location, so unfortunately we cannot allow local pick-up.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We ship to most international destinations and gladly welcome our international friends to our store. We offer 2 shipping rates, one for Canada and one for other international destinations.
