US Purchases:



  • Orders are normally shipped with the US Postal Service, unless otherwise noted. Larger items are typically shipped via USPS, FedEx or UPS Ground. Each item indicates the shipping method offered. If you would like additional or alternative services not listed, please contact us for a shipping quote.
  • We try to ship all items within 1 business day after receipt of payment. Buyers will receive an email with USPS Shipping Tracking Number (priority mail only) when your shipping label is printed. It is usually two or three days before USPS Tracking information is available online and often you will have received your package by then. Sometimes the tracking information is never updated for a particular package. NOTE: tracking is NOT a guarantee of delivery. The ONLY guarantee for delivery is Express mail.  Any item shipped First Class Mail is not trackable and should be insured.  Items shipped with FedEx or UPS are trackable and again you will be provided with tracking numbers.
  • If the items you purchase are not designated as FREE SHIPPING, we gladly offer discounted shipping and handling on MOST items when multiple purchases are made within three days. To qualify, you must make one single combined payment, and your purchases must ship to one address. Use our Vendio check out system which will automatically calculate the discounts, give you an updated invoice and give you payment options. All returned items due to incorrect or insufficient address or any undeliverable status will be charged a reshipping fee.
  • Insurance is recommended, once shipped we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. We ship ONLY to the address as provided to us in your PayPal account so be sure it is updated. We will NOT alter addresses or ship to third parties for security purposes.
  • If the package is damaged in transit and was insured, please let us know within 5 days after receiving the item. We will be happy to work with you in obtaining your insurance reimbursement. Important: Please save the packing materials, including the outer box or envelope. Carriers will not honor insurance claims without seeing these materials.

International Purchases:



  • International shipments may be made via USPS Priority Mail International with tracking Or Global Express Mail International. If you would like additional or alternative services not listed, please contact us for a shipping quote.

  • We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. The stated value on your customs form will be shown as the purchase price of your item(s)-no exceptions. Please send us your telephone number as the customs form requires it for notification.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. You, the buyer, are solely responsible for those taxes/duties and agree to this responsibility when you purchase a product from us. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
  • On most items, we offer 2 international shipping prices, one to Canada and one to all other international destinations. Canadian Buyers: Please use our Vendio Check out so you can choose Canadian shipping when offered instead of the the standard international rates. On other items, we offer a flat rate international priority shipping rate for all international destinations. Each listing will clearly state the shipping price

  • We'll be happy to accept returns for a full refund minus the original shipping and handling cost(including those items with "free shipping"), and a $5 restocking fee if you're not delighted with your purchase. Items must be unused and returned in the same condition as when shipped.

  • Returns will be processed by us within 5 days of receipt. You must notify us immediately via email at customerservice@adrimartrading.com, and return the item within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days, returns are not accepted.
  • Return shipping charges are your responsibility.
  • If we made an error in our listing or sent the wrong item, then you must contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and we will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the item to us. If a Return Authorization Number and label are not issued, we will accept the return but you will not receive the original shipping and handling charges and will be charged a restock fee.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Any problems or defects with a product after purchase is not our responsibility. You must deal directly with the manufacturer. We do not offer refunds or replacements for defective products as we are not dealers or authorized reps of any of the products that we sell. Again, you must deal direct with the manufacture of that item for replacement or reimbursement.
