Adult eMart Return Policy

 

Our desire is to know that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. To return or exchange an item, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting Customer Service. We will send you complete instructions on how to return your package. Please be aware that we cannot accept return merchandise that arrives without an RMA number on the outside of the package.

 

Unopened Merchandise

 

We will accept your return of unopened items for credit to your credit card within 30 days of the purchase date. All unopened returns will incur a 25% restocking fee.

 

Please email us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. With your RMA request please include your original order number, the title of the product you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will e-mail you an RMA number and return shipping instructions within 24-48 hours of your request. Please package all items securely and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box to facilitate the return process. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for credit to appear on your PayPal account and / or credit card billing statement.

 

Unclaimed Packages


Unclaimed packages are processed as unopened returns, and will incur a 25% restocking fee. An additional $5.00 processing fee will also apply. PayPal accounts and / or credit cards will be credited for the remainder of the balance. It might take 2 – 3 weeks for credit to appear on your PayPal account and / or credit card billing statement.
 

Defective Merchandise

 

We will be happy to exchange any defective product within 30 days of purchase.

 

Defective merchandise (items that malfunction due to defects in materials or workmanship) can be returned for replacement.  We will replace your item with a functioning version of the same or equivalent product.

 

DVDs may be returned for a replacement of the same title only.

 

Defective merchandise cannot be returned for credit.

 

Please email us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once we have received and processed your return, we will ship replacement merchandise as soon as possible.

 

We never resell returned merchandise.

 

Opened Non-Defective Merchandise

 

Unfortunately we cannot accept opened, non-defective merchandise for credit or exchange due to agreements with our vendors.

 

All product information including but not limited to descriptions, images, and product dimensions is ordinary provided by manufacturers.  We routinely do the best we can to process product data and present it to our customers.  The information provided to us is not always 100% accurate and, unfortunately, mistakes happen. Erroneous, non-descriptive, and incomplete product information is not a reason to return an open item.

 

Shipping & Handling Charges

 

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable for returns of unopened non-defective merchandise; however, all shipping and handling costs are waived for exchange of defective items. Postage for shipment of returned merchandise (both unopened and defective) is the responsibility of the customer.
