Shipping and Payment:
We ship mostly to Canada and Lower 48 States. We will quote all destinations requested by the buyer. Payment must be received within 5 days of auction end. If there is any problems or concerns they should be addressed before leaving feedback.
Please Note:
USA Bidders any extra charges (Duty and tax) at the US/CND border are the buyers responsiblity if charged. This is usually the tax of your State. It is completely a random sample and if charged we can not credit you for this fee.
Please Note:
Canadian bidders will be required to pay 6% GST on all items shipped to Canadian addresses and 14% HST to Nova Scotia customers. Thank You
Returns:
Electrial parts can not be returned unless defective from factory. All other items can be returned. Buyer of a returned item is fully responsible for shipping both directions and is subjected to a 15% Ebay fee. This is 15% is used to recover listing fees and PayPal fees. ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST be returned in orginal package. Once we recieve the returned items we will inspect them and credit your PayPal account the value of item less the 15%. No credits for items will be issued unless pre-apporved via an email. ANY ITEMS RETURNED FOR A CREDIT AND NOT PRE-APRROVED WILL NOT RECIEVE A CREDIT !
Warranty:
All of our parts carry a 30 day limited warranty.
NOT covered under 30 day warranty are:
Electrical parts, snowmobile belts, snowmobile tracks,
Unless otherwise stated.
If you have a warranty issues please contact us via email for instructions on "next step to take" and to get a pre-approved, (RMA #) return instructions. Although there are some items we cannot cover under warranty (electrical parts, belts etc;) depending on the problem we may still be able to do something. We deal with each case one on one so please contact us if there are any problems and we will try our best to help you solve the issues.
Key Points:
Due to the vast number of part numbers, item descriptions and product updates from time to time we may make listing errors. If this was to happen then WE RESERVE THE RIGHT to change, limit or deny sale of certain items if not properly described or pricing errors have taken place. This policy is in effect to protect the store from being overrun by a sale item that may have the wrong part number or information.
We will work with all customers fairly on errors from part numbers, false descriptions or mismatched part #'s. However AMCS has the final say.
