| A:With few exceptions, every item ships no later than the next business day after payment has been received. Tracking info is sent via email when the item ships. Check your bulk mail/spam folders if you can't find that email and more than a day has passed since you paid. |
| Q:Where is my item? When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Immediately following payment for your item you should have received an email providing details on when your item might ship, and how to track it once it did. Please refer to that email, or visit the Shipping section of our About Me page. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Fixed S&H rates are declared in every listing. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of sale in the listing for the item you're interested in purchasing. |
| Q:Do you ship to Canada/England/Europe/Mexico, etc? |

| A:At present we do not ship outside the U.S. Nor do we accept payments originating outside the U.S. |
| Q:I have a problem with my item. Can you send me a replacement or give me a refund? |

| A:We know product issues can be frustrating.
If it's a new item, we recommend contacting the manufacturer through their support system by looking in the product manual.
If it's a refurbished or used item, please refer to the technical documents we linked to in the original listing.

| A:If we don't cover this in the listing, please send us a message with your full shipping address (not just your zip code please) and we'll be happy to send you an estimate for the item you're interested in purchasing. |
| Q:Do you take credit cards directly/over the phone? |

| A:Unfortunately, we are not currently accepting credit cards for eBay items, but you can certainly use a credit card through your paypal account. Currently, Paypal is the only payment method we accept for eBay purchases. |
| Q:Can I pickup my item and save on the shipping? |

| A:Sorry, no. Local zoning laws do not permit us to have customers at our location. In addition, we need third-party confirmation of item delivery.
Note that Michigan residents are also subject to 6% sales tax. |
| Q:Will you sell me an item for less? |
|
| A:Unless we have the Best Offer feature turned on for an item, we're not willing to accept anything less than the asking price. We do offer auction style listings on some of our items where our customers may be able to snag a great bargain from time to time. |
| Q:If I buy 2 of an item can I get a discount or reduced S&H? |
|
| A:S&H rates are posted in each listing. We offer a discount on multiple quantity purchases of the same item purchased and paid for at the same time.
Because of limitations in the ebay checkout system we do not offer S&H discounts on unlike items. |
