RETURNS
At AFTER HOURS TOO, we strive to provide the best product and service possible. If you are not satisfied for any reason with an item, please return it to us for an exchange, within seven days of receipt. Refunds will only be given if there is a default in the item you received. Returned items must be unworn and in original manufacturers packaging. Lingerie is considered 'intimate' apparel. After receiving your purchase, if you have any doubts regarding the fit, please try the item on wearing undergarments. We cannot exchange any item that has obviously been worn or soiled, in compliance with Federal Health Regulations. However, we will gladly exchange unworn items. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
RESTOCKING FEES
No restocking fee will be charged on orders returned within seven days from receipt of item. Returns postmarked seven days after receipt are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
SALES TAX
We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries to Michigan. If your order is taxable, we will apply 6% sales tax when your order is processed.
PAYMENT
At the present time we accept Paypal, as well as payment by Check or Money Order mailed and made out to: Jenifer Harris, 608 Vernon Ave., Lansing, MI 48910. If paying by check, please be aware it may take up to seven business days to clear and items will not be shipped until payment is received in full. If paying by money order, be aware that it may take up to two business days to clear and items will not be shipped until payment is received in full. SORRY, NO COD's!
PRIVACY POLICY
AFTER HOURS TOO does not (will not) sell or share customer information with any other company or third party. All shipments are sent out in plain, discreet packaging.
SHIPPING
After Hours strives to have the lowest prices around including shipping. Our low shipping costs include discreet packaging and your name will not be sold to third party companies. First item is $4.95 (unless stated differently in item description) and After Hours will combine shipping costs for multiple items. Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped by USPS - First Class Mail. We do offer 3-Day, 2nd Day and Next Day: however, contact AFTER HOURS to inquire about cost and availability. Orders to APO's, FPO's, AFB's and U.S. Military addresses will incur a $5.00 surcharge. Orders for items which are currently in stock, typically arrive in two weeks. Items not in stock will require the necessary time to be manufactured. HOWEVER WE'LL DO OUR BEST TO ACHIEVE A MAXIMUM WAIT OF ONE TO THREE WEEKS IN ANY CASE.
