Shipping Policy: Once we receive your payment, we will ship your items on our two main shipping days: Tuesday and Friday. If you need an item sooner, please contact us prior to purchase. We strive to balance fast shipping with reasonable costs and so we primarily use USPS and UPS. Quoted Shipping prices are for the continental USA. AK, Hawaii & Puerto Rico customers should get a shipping quote as certain items require additional shipping.
International Shipping: On most items we are able to ship internationally. Please email us for a quote: firstname.lastname@example.org. Paypal allows you to edit your payment to include additional shipping charges as per our quote. We are happy to ship by either First Class or Priority Mail but please note that we are unable to insure, track or guarantee delivery on First Class International. Please note, we will not change customs forms nor mark them as 'gift' but we fill them out accurately & honestly just as we treat our customers.
Combined Shipping - reduces your cost...look around & see if there are other parts & tools that you want in our store! Some items come direct from the manufacturer & so we cannot combine them with inventory items. Email us if you have a question on this: email@example.com
Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards and bank payments through Paypal.
Sales Tax: The only Sales Tax we charge are for items shipped directly from our California warehouse directly to California customers @ 7.25%. We take care of any other required Sales Tax.
Backordered Items: Please note that while each item in our store is typically in stock, at times we do run out and so there may be an unexpected delay as we are waiting for our weekly supplier shipment to arrive at which time we will prompltly ship your item. If we are notified that an item is backordered, we will email you to let you know and a tentative time frame. We will be happy to refund your payment if you would rather not wait. Return policy: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We will accept returned items within 10 days from our shipping date for a store merchandise credit. There is a 15% restocking charge and shipping will not be refunded. Returns must be received in the same condition as shipped to receive your merchandise credit.
