| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes, we will combine shipping based upon the items weight and the location it is being shipped to. All items are shipped USPS 2-3 day Priority mail with insurance. We do offer overnight shipping as well. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We try to send all orders out within 24-48 hours. We currenty use UPS for domestic orders in the United States and USPS for International orders. |
| Q:When do I have to pay for my item? |

| A:We would like you to pay for your item within 3 days of purchase. If you cannot do so please contact us and let us know what day that you will be paying for your item and what form of payment you will be using. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes we do and all items are shipped USPS Global Express. This is the fastest and safest way to send your item. We do not ship air mail or standard mail. |
| Q:What happens if I do not pay for my item? |

| A:We are very flexibable here at AiraOnline and love to keep our customers happy. But if an item is purchased and the buyer has not responed to our e-mails requesting payment within 7 days and has not contacted us to discuss when they will be paying we will have to file a non-paying buyer dispute with eBay. |
| Q:What is a non-paying buyer dispute? |

| A:A non-paying buyer dispute is a way for us to communicate in order to resolve payment. As a seller on eBay, we are charged a final value fee on every item that sells. If our buyer does not pay, we are still obligated to pay this fee. The only way to get our fees back if a buyer does not pay is to open a non-paying buyer dispute. |

| Q:Can I pay using Paypal without a confirmed address? |

| A:Sorry but all Paypal payments in the U.S. must be shipped using a confirmed address. Paypal will walk you through the steps on how to confirm your address. If you are unconfirmed we will still accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover as form of payment and we will send you a secure link from our store to pay for your item. |

| Q:Can you ship to a differnet address then what I have listed in eBay or Paypal? |

| A:Yes we can ship to a different address as long as you have it listed inside of your PayPal account. Whatever address you have as your shipping address inside of PayPal is where the item will be shipped. We cannot manually enter changed addresses, but you can by simply logging in to your PayPal account prior to payment. |
| Q:I need 2 different sizes in Juicy Couture. A different size top and bottom. Do you sell seperates? |
