Benefits of exchanging your products:

You will be refunded (via merchandise credit) for the full purchase price.
You are only responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
EXAMPLE 1: If purchase an item for $85 plus $0.00 for shipping. Your exchange credit total will be $85. We will not subtract the shipping fees we absorbed or eBay fees.

Process for eBay exchange:

Fill out our return/exchange form.
Include the form in your package. It is best to use a service such as UPS or USPS priority mail which has a tracking number.
Once item is returned please allow 7 days for processing.
After processing, we will send you an eBay message releasing you from obligation to purchase item.
Please agree to these terms and click “yes”. If you choose “no” eBay expects you to complete the transaction and pay for your item. In that instance we can only offer you an exchange for purchase total minus eBay and shipping fees.
Once yes is clicked, allow 24 hrs for us to process your exchange through Paypal. You will get an instant email from us showing your exchange has been completed on our end and is now awaiting PayPal’s approval. PayPal usually takes 3-7 days to show the update in your account.

If you would like a refund:

You will be refunded for the purchase total minus eBay and shipping fees.
You are responsible for the total cost we paid to ship the item to you PLUS the cost of returning the item to us.
EXAMPLE 1: If purchase an item for $85 plus $0.00 for shipping. Your refund total will be $85 MINUS (our actual shipping cost: usually $7 - $10) MINUS (eBay listing and final value fees).
EXAMPLE 2: If purchase an item for $85 plus $4.95 for shipping. Your refund total will be $85 MINUS (our actual shipping cost: usually $7 - $10) MINUS (eBay listing and final value fees). Although we would love to refund you for shipping, we cannot do so since the post office or UPS, unfortunately, does not refund us.

Please Note: Free or low cost shipping is only available for customers who purchase and keep their item or customers who exchange their item. Return Exchange Form

All items must be unworn, in their original packaging with the tags still attached. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. There are no returns on formal wear, evening wear, cocktail dresses, cosmetics, or mink eyelashes. Be sure to keep your tracking # so that you may track your return and confirm its safe delivery. Returns and exchanges take 5-7 business days to process. This is because they have to be approved by a manager. They are processed every Monday morning. If your item has not arrived after Monday, it will be processed the following Monday. To speed up your return process, please send us your confirmation that your item was returned to us. We will be in touch as soon as your item is processed. Thank you and we do appreciate your patience. Exchanges In order to expedite the exchange process and ensure that the new item of your choice is still available we recommend that you repurchase the new item first, then return your item for a refund. This way you can guarantee you get exactly what you are looking for while it is available. If you choose to return your item for an exchange, you must wait for the item to be received and processed by us. Following processing you may choose your new item. But due to the lead time of shipping and processing we cannot guarantee the item you would like to exchange for is still available. A merchandise credit will then be issue.
