| A:I try to ship items out with 24 hours of payment.
Sometimes I have a lot of orders to get out and they are delayed by 24 hours because if I take them to the Post Office after 4.45 they are actioned by the Post Office on the next day. |

| A:I use automatic feedback set up on Ebay, So when you get your product, leave feedback for me and you will get automatic feedback about 2 minutes later. If you are new to Ebay, please leave feedback for each item as this shows in your profile, how many items you have purchased. |

| Q:I have not received my product yet - Why ? |

| A:I send items out every Tuesday, Wednesday and thursday which are the optimal days for posting in the UK, you should allow up to 3 working days in the UK, 7 working days in Europe and 10 working days for the rest of the world.
If after this you havent received them, please contact me with your email address and I will provide proof of postage. |
| Q:You say that your stickers are in excellent condition How can I be sure ? |

| A:I have collected stickers for nearly 50 years and I made sure I only kept the best of them, any others were either destroyed when I got them or before they are listed. I like people to get the stickers in the best posible condition as I would expect them |
| Q:What envelopes do you use ? |

| A:All of my envelopes are made specially for me, they come in 3 sizes from 215 x 145 mm to A4 Size and are made of all card ! So you getcard backs and fronts which protect the stickers. |
| Q:what steps have you taken to avoid wrongly addressing your items |

| A:I use Dymo Labelmakers for address and return address so I cut and paste your address into the program for the machine and always place a return address on the back - so please make sure the address you put down is the correct one especially if you have recently moved. |
| Q:Why is there a delay in my latest shipment in OCTOBER 2007 |

| A:Unfortunately there is a Strike on with the UK Post Office.
This is beyond my control and it may be that your item will arrive 7 days late.
I apologixe for this and once the backlog is cleared, the Post Office will resume normal operations. Unfortunately all UK Ebay sellers are affected by this. |
