Return Policy:
Unopened items can be returned within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date of the package. Initial and return shipping will be paid by the customer and a 15% restocking fee will also be assessed. Opened items cannot be returned. An item is considered open if the manufacturer's original package has been open or cut or the item has been removed from its original packaging for any length of time. If it is determined that item has been opened, the return will not be accepted. If an item has been opened and the customer feels the item is defective, the customer must contact the manufacturer directly to employ the item's warranty. The manufacturer can often troubleshoot the problem quickly and get it up and running, and, if it is determined that their item is defective, the warranty can be used.
