Return Policy: All sales are Final. No Returns and No Exchanges. DOA parts are subject to Replacement only, and must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Items being returned for replacement MUST have a return material authorization (RMA) number. Returned packages with no RMA number will be refused. To obtain an RMA number, you must send a replacement request via eBay message. ACI is not responsible for any damage or deletion to systems that have resulted from the use of our product(s).
