The seller was good at communicating. I had to return the item since it came damaged and I anticipate that it was due to shipping. It would require me shelling out more money to have it fixed. Turns out that for a ~$39 shipping cost, no insurance was included. Having said that the seller was prompt in communicating and this one experience wouldn t stop me from shopping with them back again. Edit: I had this as a neutral rating but reverting to positive based on my experience with seller.
