Our goal is to exceed your expectations of buying jewelry on eBay. Since a well-informed buyer is a satisfied buyer, we want to make all of our customers well aware of our terms and conditions. After anticipating as many of your questions as possible, both before bidding and after the auction, we hopefully have given you all the information you will need in this detailed page.

We ask all bidders to read our store policies thoroughly before bidding. If you do not agree with any of our policies then we kindly ask that you do not bid on our auctions.

SHIPPING

We always offer free U.S. Priority mail shipping within the United States. Visit the "SHIPPING" link in our EBay store to get detailed information on domestic and international shipping. This link is located at the top of the store homepage.

BIDDING

• We ask our bidders to read each listing description thoroughly and to ask any questions before placing a bid.

• We do not allow zero (0) rated EBay members to place bids on our auctions without prior notice and our approval. Please contact us to introduce yourself before placing a bid. In this case we would prefer contact by phone at 561-212-0503.

• We reserve the right to cancel bids on any of our auctions.

PAYMENTS

• Payment is due in full within 7 days of the auction ending.

• Any item not paid for within 7 days will be offered to the second highest bidder or will be re-listed. Please notify us of any special circumstances.

• Sales tax is applicable if the item is shipped to the State of Florida or if the payment is received from a billing address in Florida.

• Sales tax rate 6.5% for all sales in Florida.

• Accepted payment methods are Paypal or payment on pick-up.

RETURNS

All sales are final unless the item is not accurately described! Returns will not be accepted for any other reason. (i.e., items that have been altered or worn with excessive wear).

If the item is not accurately described you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving it.

Once you receive the item that you purchase we ask that you inspect it immediately. If it proves not to be as described we will issue a full refund plus the cost of return shipping and insurance. 

We will provide you with instructions on shipping the item back to us. You will be required to ship the item back in the exact same condition as it was when you recieved it. You must also send back the gift box (both inner and outer) which it was sent in.
