Payment is expected within 7 days of purchase.  If paying with PayPal - payment MUST have a confirmed address (if not please email BEFORE purchase or bidding).  PayPal payments must be made in 1 single payment.

We have the philosophy of when your items are paid for they belong to you so I try to ship within 24 hours of receipt. There is nothing more frustrating than waiting for that Gorgeous purse/shoes you paid for over a week ago only to find out they haven't even left the warehouse!

For International bidders I prefer to ship Global Express - this gives you Free tracking and Insurance for Declared Value of Item and most of the time beats USA Domestic mail from coast to coast!!!

Insurance is included in ALL purchases (unless stated otherwise in main description of auction). Delivery confirmation is also included.  International Insurance is Included when using Global Express (for declared item value).

Returns are accepted ONLY if Item is grossly misrepresented. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving item. Item must be returned in same condition as it left our warehouse. If it was with tags all tags must still be attached. Bottom line we want you happy, return business is the highest compliment, and a referral is what we aim for.
