New RUSH ORDER processing available! We are now offering a rush processing service. We know everyone wants their order to go out quickly and we do try to get orders out as quickly as we can, most within our 3 business day handling time as stated in our listings. Now we are offering a "Go to the front of the line" option. We will guarantee same or next day shipping on orders that add this service depending on the hour that payment is received. This service can be added to any of our USPS delivery services including First Class Mail so you have the choice of asking us to hurry ($5 Rush Processing Fee Applies) or asking the USPS to hurry by selecting Priority or Express Mail services or asking us both to hurry by adding our Rush Order Processing service to one of the faster USPS services. You can either add the $5 to your invoice yourself or request it be added when you send an invoice request to us. Weekends and postal holidays will not count towards the same or next day guarantee, so if you add this service on a holiday or weekend "same day" becomes the following business day. Additionally we do have occasional announced absences and Rush Order Processing will not be available during these times. If for some unforeseen reason we are unable to get your order out by the next business day we will not only refund your $5 Rush Order fee, but we will upgrade your shipment to a faster USPS service and refund your entire shipping cost. If your order qualifies for free shipping (see above) you can still add the Rush Order Processing option to you order.
