What is a Certified Refurbished Product?
Refurbished systems include, but are not limited to, review systems, customer product evaluations, and open-box returns.
Upon return to our facility, these systems are put through a set of functional test procedures, cleaned and repaired (if needed), and refreshed with a set of in-box materials. Refurbished systems may contain scratches, chips, wear, blemishes and/or similar flaws.
All refurbished systems are covered under a ninety (90) day AlienCare Toll-Free 24/7 Phone Support Warranty. No extended warranty support is offered on refurbished systems.

Store Policies
Shipping, Handling, and Insurance
We only ship our merchandise to eBay members with a VERIFIED PayPal address.
Please make sure of this before or at time of purchase through PayPal.
Alienware ships via FedEx Ground to the continental United States (excludes Alaska & Hawaii).
Insurance is included in the shipping price to cover any damage that may occur during transit. Your order will ship within 24 hours of receiving payment.
- We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO
- We cannot combine shipping on multiple orders
- There are no merchandise pickups at our Miami headquarters
- A signature is required at delivery
When we ship your order, you will receive a "Shipping Confirmation" email, which will include your FedEx Shipment Tracking Number.
Sales Tax
Alienware is required to charge sales tax on every order delivered within the United States. State and local taxes will be applied to the final purchase price based on the delivery address.
Alienware does not accept tax exemption on any listing transaction.
Return Policy
What is your return policy?
Unless stated differently in the auction description, you have seven (7) days from date of receiving the item to review it for any undocumented material defect or deficiency. We do not offer refunds but will make arrangements for an exchange of any defective part within this seven (7) day period.
What if the item was damaged in transit?
Alienware will help you manage the claim with the appropriate carrier. The carrier must inspect and may pickup the damaged item. Please keep all original packaging available for the carrier's inspection. If the carrier picks up the item after completing their inspection, please return all parts of the auction or we will only be able to provide a partial credit.
How do I return an item to you?
Contact us first at awebaysalescorp@dell.com before you attempt to return a product.
It must be returned to us in its original or equivalent packaging. You are responsible for risk of loss and shipping/ handling fees for returning or exchanging product. Additional fees may apply, if you fail to follow the return or exchange instructions and policies provided by Alienware. Alienware will not be responsible whatsoever for product that is lost, damaged, modified, or otherwise processed for disposal or resale.
We do not refund PayPal finance fees, nor do we refund shipping/packaging fees.
