This cleanse is not hard to do. YOU CAN do it!

Instructions

·  Take the nutritional superfoods and herbs.

·   Drink more fluids.

·   Try to adhere to the dietary suggestions (do all that you can - be your best - go for it!).

Intestinal Movement Formula - 2-5 VeganCapsTM (or more if needed) 2-3 times per day This formula will cleanse and move your bowels.

How much should you take? Start with 1 VeganCapTM 3 times per day, and increase by one cap per serving each day until you are having significant, bowel movements and are not at all constipated. The average range per serving is 2-5 caps (for a total of 6-15 per day - spread throughout the day in at least 2, and preferably 3 servings.). If you are feeling discomfort, griping, or having diarrhea, you are taking too much! Take less in this case. A little discomfort is O.K., but if it gets to be uncomfortable, you are taking too much. If you are not having significant, complete movements, you need to take more. From person to person, there is a very wide range of usage on this product.

Intestinal Drawing FormulaTM (powder) - 2 level tablespoons (or more - see individual product description), 3 times per day. If 3x per day seems to much to remember, no problem, just do it twice and increase from 2 tablespoon to 3.

Must be taken on an empty stomach (approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour before or after any meals or nutritional products -juice or water is O.K.). It absorbs whatever is taken with it. Everything else can be taken with food.

·   Internal Parasite FormulaTM - 15 VeganCapsTM per day.

This formula will help purge parasites and all other harmful microbes from the body. It is ideal to avoid consuming this with VitamineralTM Green, as Internal Parasite FormulaTM will kill off some of the good bacteria in VitamineralTM Internal Parasite Formula can be taken by itself, but any die-off symptoms are better controlled when on the entire cleanse and especially when taking Liver RescueTM

·   VitamineralTM Green - 3 heaping tablespoons per day.

Liver RescueTM III+ - 2 per day (or more if necessary or desired). Optional Products:

·   Greener Grasses' - 2 level tablespoons per day.

·   Olive Leaf Extract - 3-4 per day.

·   Nopal Cactus - 12 per day.

·   Ginkgo Biloba - 1-4 per day.

·   Spirulina - 1-4 tablespoons per day.

·   Oxygen SupremeTM II - 6 or more dropperfuls to any non-acidic liquid.

Intensive Phase:

The instructions for this phase are almost the same as for the other phases, and all phases can be done as an intensive. The only difference is that, in place of the meals, you will drink fresh, raw juices instead (preferably), or purified water (only if you do not have access to fresh, raw juices). If you do not have access to raw juices, use refrigerated ones. Please see the part on juices in the "What to Consume During the Cleanse" section. This is not a water fast or really even a juice fast. It could be called a superfood and herbal juice fast.

NOTE: I strongly suggest that you do NOT ever fast on straight water! This intensive will cleanse much deeper than water fasting, and protect your organs from damage!

This intensive phase can be undertaken from the onset for the experienced cleanser. However, if you feel very weak, get dizzy or get too thin, EAT a healthful meal!

Other than swapping food for juices, you will do everything else you did (hopefully you did it!) on the "Regular" Phase, including eating the 2 tablespoons of ground up flax seeds per day! You do not have to go to this level to have a great cleanse. However, as the name suggests, it is a way to intensify your results and exalt your level of health and detoxification to another level.

Although some will have no cleansing reactions at all, some may find the Intensive Phase to be too challenging, and should not necessarily go on it for the full week without supervision of a trained, cleansing and nutritional coach. Many factors contribute to this including how much body weight you have to spare, how fast your metabolism is, your toxicity level prior to the cleanse, how well you stuck to the recommended diet for the first three weeks, how efficiently and completely your liver, kidneys, colon and other detoxification organs can process poisons, your protein requirements, your blood sugar balance, and how many alkaline reserves your body has accumulated.

You do not have to go on the Intensive Phase for the entire week if you feel it is too hard or not convenient. You can take it day-by-day or meal-by-meal. You can go for a day just on juices, and the next day you can eat if you feel you need to. Or you can go as long as you can on just juices, and just eat a meal when and if you need to. You can go back and forth between the "Regular" and "Intensive" phases if you need to.

If you are very thin, you may want to eat some meals. If you have higher protein requirements, need additional kidney support, and for better blood sugar balance (among other things), you can take 1-2 tablespoons of Spirulina in the morning or throughout the day. Nopal Cactus is also very helpful for blood sugar balance, especially with longer term use.

You could spend hundreds or thousands of dollars on a myriad of tests to determine how this phase will work for you. This is not necessary. You do NOT need to do any pH testing. If you are having the recommended amount of VitamineralTM Green, fresh vegetable juices, and Greener GrassesTM, you will be providing more than enough alkalinity to counteract metabolic acids.

How to Come off the Cleanse

Food: After your 2 or 4 weeks, come off the cleanse by eating healthful, whole foods (see the section "What to Consume During the Cleanse"). Emphasize light, easy to digest foods such as vegetable salads, fruits and steamed vegetables for a few days. After that, you can eat some heavier foods. Hopefully, you will be eating healthier after having done the cleanse.

Nutritional Products: Continue to take VitamineralTM Green (an extremely powerful blend of nature's most potent and nutrient dense superfoods, plus an incredible array of beneficial bacteria (probiotics), including soil based organisms and implantable species) is recommended. This will re-implant good bacteria in your intestines (a portion of all your intestinal bacteria, good and bad, are absorbed by the Drawing Formula TM). VitamineralTM Green is probably the single most important and comprehensive product you can take on a daily basis. The next most important is probably Liver Rescue TM III+.

Stop taking the Intestinal Drawing FormulaTM. This will NOT constipate you. However, if your bowels are not moving the way you want them to, you can continue on Intestinal Movement FormulaTM. Note that you will likely require LESS than when you were taking Intestinal Drawing Formula. Taper off the Intestinal MovementTM if you can. However, it is OK to use it long term.

Stop taking Internal Parasite FormulaTM. This formula is designed to be cycled off of and is NOT for continual use.

The only product that is essential to stop is the Parasite FormulaTM. All of the other products are exceptional to take on a daily basis and form the foundation of a comprehensive continual nutritional support and detoxification program.

Dietary Information For The Cleanse

Introduction

You can do this cleanse regardless of what type of diet you are on or what your dietary philosophy is. PLEASE DO NOT WAIT TO DO THIS CLEANSE UNTIL YOU ARE EATING WELL BY YOUR STANDARDS. Actually, the worse you eat, the more you need to cleanse. Do the best you can with the dietary recommendations and do not get mired in the details, try to look at the big picture. Life, and this cleanse, is not an all or nothing. One wrong dietary move will not ruin your cleanse. You will get out of it what you put into it.

The following dietary information generally describes the diet that I have found to work the best for people who would like to maintain, or need to regain, their health.

General

While it is crystal clear to me that certain bio-compatible nutritional superfoodsTM are absolutely essential for optimum heath in today's severely compromised world (few are actually aware of just how compromised it really is), no amount of herbs, superfoods, or supplements (even the bio-compatible ones HealthForce offers) can replace a healthy diet. However, the worse your diet is the more you need the life saving nutritional support of bio-compatible supplements.TM Nutritional superfoodsTM is ideal. Your diet is your foundation. You absolutely do not have to sacrifice great taste whatsoever to be healthy. On the contrary, a large number of healthier (and in some cases much healthier) foods actually taste better than their unhealthy counterparts. An open mind will almost certainly allow you to prove this to yourself.

After 18 years of constant research and experimentation, I have concluded that the optimum diet is a whole foods, plant based (vegan), organic diet with emphasis on raw foods, and the focus being on vegetables and the many wonderful meals that can be made with them. Depending on one's body type and metabolic rate, there are variations within this. Some need more dense foods such as avocados, grains, potatoes, steamed legumes, small amounts of soaked nuts/seeds, and others can subsist on lighter foods such as vegetables and fruits.

Eating Uncooked, Vegan Foods can be an absolute gourmet delight!

Real Foods have Real Flavor!

 What is a Vegan?

A Vegan is one who eats a diet that DOES NOT contain any animal products. Animal products include flesh and other body parts from cows, chickens and other birds, pigs, fish, etc. Animal products also include milk and milk products, and eggs. A Vegan diet contains absolutely no cholesterol and produces significantly less free radicals in general (these are both risk factors for heart disease and other diseases). A vegan diet does not include any animal proteins. Animal proteins are particularly acid forming and contribute to osteoporosis, arthritis, gout, kidney problems, cancers and aging in general. A healthy Vegan diet contains all nutrients required by human beings including proteins, amino acids, fatty acids, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, and fiber.

People thrive on various Vegan diets and many competitive athletes are Vegans.

Many vegans also do not use products that have been tested on animals or engage in other things that hurt or kill animals (such as the wearing of fur, leather, etc.)

What are some of the advantages of a Vegan Diet?

They are too numerous to mention here but include:

Health: Less chance of Cancers, Heart Disease, Osteoporosis, Immune Suppressive Diseases, etc. Healthier Weight. Better Bowel Regularity. Less Abdominal Distention, More Energy, Endurance, etc.

Great Food: You can enjoy better tasting food when eating Vegan. Most vegan foods are whole foods, and whole foods have much more flavor than refined foods. There are a tremendous amount of Vegan foods, many of which you are not currently aware.

Preservation Of Our Planet: By consuming foods from the earth (Vegan) instead of feeding massive quantities of food to animals raised for slaughter, much less water, food and resources (such as energy) are used.

Significantly less pollution is produced by consuming a Vegan diet.

Ethics: A Vegan diet does not involve the bloody (literally) slaughter of any innocent, sensitive, feeling beings. This slaughter almost never even involves any anesthesia. The animals' throats are usually cut while they are alive, and their blood and guts pour out on the slaughterhouse floor. Modern factory farm animals suffer terrible abuse, including horrendous "living" conditions their whole lives, only to have it ended in tragedy. They are treated like murderous criminals, yet they are innocent.

Love and Compassion. If you love animals, don't eat them.

Are there any concerns with a Vegan Diet?

No, If... one is eating a variety of foods, and not just processed vegan foods (like cookies) it is a complete diet.

Some people have to include high protein Vegan foods such as chick peas, lentils, pinto beans, black beans, peas, soybeans (including tofu, tempeh), Spirulina, seeds and nuts, and high protein grains like amaranth, quinoa, etc. to have adequate protein. Note that cow's flesh only has 27% protein, while soybeans contain 34% protein! And soybeans are considered, even by mainstream authorities, to be a "complete" protein. If you don't want to eat soy, it is but one of dozens of different legumes. Animal proteins also form toxic amounts of uric acid, which contributes to arthritis, gout, osteoporosis, and aging in general.

Yes, If... you only eat one food or a limited variety of food! If one eats only fruit, or only grains, or just one grain like brown rice, they are likely to encounter some deficiencies. Many that do this actually thrive, but others can become deficient in many things including protein. If you were to eat only cow flesh, chicken flesh, pig flesh, etc., you would become quite deficient! Some people have consumed a limited Vegan diet as mentioned above that is too high in sugar, too low in protein, or both. Although they have experienced many benefits, some have become deficient in protein and experienced blood sugar problems.

When these people have added back some animal foods to their diet, their protein status and hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) improved in the short term. However, adding high protein Vegan foods such as chick peas, lentils, pinto beans, black beans, peas, soybeans (including tofu, tempeh), Spirulina, seeds and nuts, and high protein grains like amaranth, quinoa, etc. produce superior results regarding protein status and hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), without the significant health drawbacks of eating animal foods. Eating a balanced Vegan diet is the best way to be healthy, and one of the best ways to be environmental conscious, and ethical. Unless you are eating mostly low protein fruit, if you are eating enough calories to maintain your weight, you will likely be protein sufficient even without adding high protein legumes.

What Can I Eat On A Vegan Diet?

A vegan does include every one of the hundreds or thousands of varieties of vegetables, (such as potatoes, yams, squashes like butternut and zucchini, lettuces, kale, collard greens, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, cabbages, etc.) fruits, (such as apples, pears, persimmons, oranges, tangerines, figs, bananas, grapes, apricots, peaches, nectarines, plums, watermelon, honeydew melon, cantaloupe, sharlyn melon, all other melons, guavas, cherimoyas, dates (can be used for sweetening), sapotes, etc.) sprouts, (clover, buckwheat, alfalfa, mung, chickpea, lentil, sunflower, etc.) grains, (wheat, barley, oats, corn, blue corn, rye, rice, kamut, spelt, amaranth, teff, quinoa, millet, and things made from them like breads, muffins, pastas, tortillas, etc.) nuts/seeds (sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, almonds, pistachios, and nut & seed butters, etc.) and legumes (chickpeas, lentils, mung beans, black beans, white beans, kidney beans, pinto beans, soybeans (and the tofu, lasagna, tempeh, and soy milk made from soy).

From the above foods you can make very tasty Vegan burgers, hot dogs, soups, ice creams, sandwiches, sweet treats, casseroles, main dishes, lasagna, pizza, pies, etc. Please go to your local health food store or market that carries healthy items for already prepared foods such as the above. There are also virtually countless healthy, Vegan recipe books, including "Uncooking with Jameth and Kim", written by myself and my wife, Kim.

Today, even mainstream nutrition authorities are saying to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables every day for better health and the four food groups are a thing of the past. Scientists are continually discovering new, beneficial elements found only in fresh plant foods (the discovery of phytochemicals is the latest breakthrough).

For assistance in eating healthfully, shop for your food at a good Health Food store, or at farm stands and produce markets.

At Health Food stores, or in the health food section of many grocery stores, you will find a more than adequate selection of familiar things you can still eat. These are not the ultimate destination of healthy foods, but they are much less unhealthful than nonvegan, regular grocery store items. For best results on this cleanse, refer to the "What to Consume on the Cleanse" section. If you crave processed or junk foods, eat health food junk foods instead such as:

Breads, pastries, muffins, cookies, ice creams & milks (non dairy), cereals, frozen treats, non-meat veggie burgers, non-meat hot dogs, pizzas, lasagnas, T.V. dinners, rolls, candies, instant oatmeals, pasta, pasta sauce, sweeteners, etc...

The wonderful difference is....

These items are made with tastier, more healthful ingredients rather than toxic ingredients that are known to cause eventual death and disease in the process.

Healthier ingredients include:

Flours (whole grain) or the Grains that they are made from: whole wheat, (not just "wheat flour"), other whole grains and whole grain flours such as spelt, kamut, quinoa, corn, barley, amaranth, millet, teff, oats, oatmeal, etc.

• Sweeteners: Sucanat (dried sugar cane juice), barley malt, brown rice syrup, dates, date sugar, fruits, fresh fruits, fruit juices, molasses, honey (ask how the bees are treated), stevia leaf (technically a dietary supplement).

Miscellaneous: Tofu, tempeh, soybeans (and the very tasty products made from them that are similar to meat), beans, vegetables (especially raw or less cooked including potatoes, squashes, etc.), organic, fresh vegetable and fruit juices, aluminum free, unrefined & fresh oils (as they are in fresh, raw foods such as avocados, soaked seeds, nuts, refrigerated flax oil), almond butter, tahini, soy milk, soy yogurt, rice milk, other non diary milks, tofu scrambler, avocados, hummus, veggie burgers, unrefined sea salt, salads, creamy tofu and tahini salad dressings, etc.

Unhealthful ingredients include:

Flours: White, nutrient draining flours or grains that they are made from: wheat flour, flour, enriched flour.

Sweeteners: Sugar, corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, dextrose, NutraSweetTM, Saccharin

Miscellaneous: Animals (chickens, fish, cows, pigs, turkeys, deer, ostriches, rabbits, lambs - including their various organs) cow's milk (to feed humans?), butter, cheeses, yogurt, eggs (if you are to eat eggs please get cage-free & cruelty free organic eggs), chemical preservatives, irradiated food, aluminum, hydrogenated oils, heated and processed oils (processed vegetable oils are better than animal fats but still not good) peanut butter, salt, etc.

Please do not ever use your microwave reactor (oven)! Not even for healthier food! It severely deranges all things heated in it. We do not provide details here, but please, take my word for it!
