Payment Information
We accept PayPal, eCheck, Master Card and Visa (via 502-354-0440)
Store Hours 10:am to 5:pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday thru Saturday. If you call and there is no answer, leave a message or email me at all4walls@insightbb.com and leave me a message.
Checkout and payment must be completed within 7 days of purchasing your first item. Payments for orders not received within 7 days will automatically be reported as unpaid items to eBay.
All Kentucky customers will be charged a mandatory 6% sales tax.
Shipping Information
Continental 48 US States
It is very important to All 4 Walls, to ship your purchase within 48 hours (or sooner) of receiving your payment. The majority of our shipping is through USPS Priority and First Class Mail, and UPS Ground. The shipping cost for one double roll of wallpaper is $8.99 or $9.99. The shipping cost for one spool of border is $4.99 and we will combine shipping charges for additional rolls. Shipping charges for each additional double roll of wallpaper is $1.00 or $2.00 (See individual listings for charges) . Shipping charges for each additional spool of border is $1.00. If our system doesn't calculate your combined shipping charges for you, please wait until we can email you a new combined shipping invoice.
Shipping Information
International / Hawaii & Alaska
Please email quantity needed and your location for shipping quote before purchase. Any listed delivery times are approximate and can be delayed due to mail customs in your country. International customers are responsible for all duty, tax, tariff or brokerage fees that may be due upon delivery of your order (shipping costs cover freight charges only). Please check with your local post office to determine the rules and charges for your country.
Purchases in Error
If you placed your order by mistake, we need to file a "Mutual agreement not to complete our transaction". Please respond to any emails you receive concerning this problem, as soon as you can. We need to file this report in order to receive our fees back from eBay. Don't panic, this agreement in no way will reflect a strike against your eBay account.
Returns and Exchange Policies
If you change your mind once you receive your purchase, we will offer a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Contact us with information concerning your exchange within 14 days of receiving merchandise. Returns are at the buyers expense, shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Only unopened, uncut, in the original packaging can be refunded.
