Exchange and Return Policy With costs constantly rising, we have had to put some policies in place in order to remain efficient & so we can continue to bring you a great selection of April Cornell clothing & home items. We offer the April Cornell line at a huge DISCOUNT...you have told us in your emails & notes how much you love being able to buy your favorite designer's clothing at such great prices! We have experimented with an exchange policy in the past. We have found that we just simply do not have the budget or time to spend on exchanges that a full service boutique is able to offer. We found that it was an extremely time consuming process for both us & our customers. After much thought & consideration, our policy concerning returns and/or exchanges is 'All Sales Final'. In keeping with the policies of most discount or clearance outlets (including all April Cornell clearance outlets), we CANNOT accept returns for issues such as fit or unsuitability. Please be sure to make your selections & purchases carefully, and with this in mind. If we were to accommodate for exchanges & returns, then we would have to raise our prices DRAMATICALLY. In the unlikely event that you should have a problem with your order other than for fit, then please contact us & we will work with you to resolve the isssue (see below for more info). Of course, you may purchase from the April Cornell boutiques or website & pay the full price if you need the services associated with returns and exchanges. We are always happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases for orders within the USA and Canada. The item with the highest shipping is added first, and each additional item ships @ 1/2 the amount quoted in the auction. Payment for all items must be remitted as 1 transaction in order to receive the combined rate. Please email us once you are finished shopping and we will send an updated invoice and combine shipping for you if you do not know how to do it yourself. Please do not send payment for items individually or before you have finished shopping or we will not be able to apply the combined shipping rate for you. Processing and Delivery Timeframes Your order will be processed and mailed as soon as payment is received. In most cases, it will be sent air mail and INSURED unless other arrangements are made. For example, it will take APPROX. 7-14 business days (not calendar days) to arrive to the USA. This is a guideline provided by Canada Post and not intended as a guarantee. Depending on a number of rvariables such as your location, statutory holidays, weather conditions and the time it takes to clear your country's government Customs (if applicable), it could take more or less time to arrive. If the timeframes equired by the post office to deliver your order to you are not acceptable, then please do not bid or purchase. Sellers are not responsible for the time it takes for the post office to deliver your parcel to you - we only drop the package off at the post office, we don't personally deliver it to you. Please do not send nasty or demanding emails regarding shipping timeframes as we are not the post office. Only polite and respectable (just as you would expect as well) inquiries will be responded to.
