With costs constantly rising, we have had to make some changes to a few of our policies in order to remain efficient and so we can continue to bring you a great selection of April Cornell clothing and home items. We offer this clothing line at a huge DISCOUNT, and you have told us in your emails and notes how much you love being able to buy your favorite designer's clothing at such great prices!
We experimented with an exchange policy thru the later part of 2005. We have found that we just simply do not have the budget or time to spend on exchanges that a full service boutique is able to offer. We have found that it has become an extremely time consuming process for both us and our customers.
So, after much thought and consideration, as of Jan 1, 2006, we will be reverting to our former 'All Sales Final' policy. In keeping with the policies of most discount or clearance outlets (including all April Cornell clearance outlets), we will NOT be accepting returns or exchanges for issues such as fit or unsuitability. Please be sure to make your selections and purchases carefully, and with this in mind. In the unlikely event that you should have a problem with your order other than for fit etc., then please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the isssue. All orders are shipped with insurance at no extra cost to you, so if your order doesn't arrive in 14 business days (which means excluding weekends, and statutory holidays), please contact us and we will take the necessary steps to have your package traced and an insurance claim filed if necessary.
Of course, you may purchase from the April Cornell boutiques and pay the full price if you need the services associated with returns and exchanges.

All orders are mailed as soon as payment is received, air mail and INSURED, unless other arrangements are made. It takes approx 7-14 business days (not calendar days) to arrive. This is a guideline provided by Canada Post and not intended as a guarantee or confirmation of delivery. Depending on a number of variables such as your location, statutory holidays, holiday mail volumes, weather conditions and the time it takes to clear your country's Customs, it could take more or less time to arrive.

*~*Combined Shipping Policy*~*
I am always happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases.
The item with the highest shipping is added first, and each additional item ships @ 1/2 the amount quoted in the auction.
Payment for all items must be remitted as 1 transaction in order to receive the combined rate. Ebay does not combine the shipping for you automatically. If you do not know how to make the adjustment yourself, then please email me once you are finished shopping and I will send an updated invoice and combine shipping for you. Please do not send payment for items individually and/or before you have finished shopping if you wish to receive the combined shipping rate. If you send payments individually, you will NOT receive the combined rate - sorry no exceptions.
~*~One Last Thing About Rules...~*~
Please don't think that the terms of our autions and sales are for everyone else and don't apply to you (trust me, they DO apply to you too!) Rules are stupid, but somebody has to make them so there's some semblance of sanity around here! lol! You can always count on us to treat you fairly and kindly. We only ask the same of you. Please don't email asking for an exception etc. to our terms. And don't even think about emailing us or leaving feedback calling us big ol' rotten meanies, or such, for not bending the rules to suit your purpose 'cause that's just not nice (and it will come back to bite you).
