I normally check eBay and email periodically throughout the day (as the twins permit) between the hours of 8am and 8pm CST. As a result, I normally respond to any questions within a few hours of receiving the message. Unless I am on vacation, you should receive an answer within 24 hours or less.

Payments:

• Payment must be received within 3 days after the auction ends. In the case of non-payment, an Unpaid Item Dispute will be logged for resolution.
• I prefer PayPal payments, but also will accept a Money Order/Cashiers Check - notification that the Money Order/Cashiers Check has been mailed must occur within the 3 days after the auction ends.

Handling Time (Domestic & International):

• The item(s) will be shipped within 1 business day of your prompt payment.
• In most cases, same day shipping occurs.
• If payment is received Saturday evening or Sunday, your package will ship out on Monday.
• If payment is received on a USPS holiday, your package will ship out the next available day. I will notify you if this occurs.

Shipping Costs:

• The shipping cost is based on the actual weight of the item plus associated packing materials.
• If there is ever an overpayment for shipping costs, a refund will be issued through PayPal for the difference.
• Please note: USPS is making adjustments to their shipping services beginning May 12^th. If you have shopped with me before and notice a higher rate, it is because the USPS annual increase has taken effect.

International Shipping Note:

• Please be aware that I cannot ship leather goods to Italy - they are included on the USPS Prohibited list for Customs.
• If you are unsure if your country allows leather goods to be imported, please check the USPS country list of prohibited items BEFORE bidding. Or contact me and I will verify it for you.  http://pe.usps.gov/text/imm/immctry.htm.

• It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any additional duties, taxes, or fees required by the receiving country upon delivery.

Shipping Service & Insurance:

• Insurance is recommended, as I cannot be held responsible for lost items in the mail.
• Domestic shipping is via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery Confirmation is included.

• USPS Priority Mail International - Delivery Confirmation is included. Indemnity coverage is now provided for all ordinary (uninsured) Priority Mail International (flat rate envelope not included) items. This coverage is provided at no additional charge and protects mailers against loss, damage or missing contents. Coverage is calculated based on the weight of the parcel and not on the value of the contents of the parcel - usually a minimum of $63.78. Mailers may still purchase insurance for a fee to many countries. When insurance is purchased, it replaces the indemnity coverage provided on ordinary Priority Mail International.

• USPS Priority Mail International® Flat Rate Envelope is not considered a 'guaranteed service' and tracking information is not available. The only international mail service that offers complete tracking is Express Mail® service (including Global Express Guaranteed® and Express Mail International®).
