We will never sell, share, rent, or give your personal information to anyone not directly connected with your purchase.
Specialization: We specialize in high quality clothes and accessories made to fit the 18” American Girl doll and dolls of similar build such as Springfield Collection and others.
Ship-to Locations: We ship to the 50 United States only. We do NOT ship to US territories or FPO/APO addresses. Please do NOT ask us to make an exception. We usually ship within two business days after receipt of cleared payment. Unfortunately, we have no control over how long the USPS takes to deliver orders.
Payment: Payment is expected within 7 days. We prefer money order. We also accept PayPal from USA accounts, but only if you ship to your PayPal confirmed address (which is not the same as a verified address.). Otherwise payment will be denied. We never accept personal or business checks (online bank checks are considered personal checks).
If paying with PayPal, please note: We print our invoices directly from eBay, so do not see notes included with PayPal payments. Please email us with any questions before placing your order.
Shipping & Handling: Buyer pays shipping & handling. We usually charge the highest S&H for the first item, and then 90¢ S&H for each additional item. The S&H includes postage, required delivery confirmation, packaging, fees, etc. Some additional S&H may be higher on heavier items such as furniture, tea sets, and dolls.
Insurance: Insurance is required on purchase(s) totaling $25 or more. However, we encourage you to insure all packages. If you choose not to insure, we are not responsible for replacing lost or damaged shipments.
Sales Tax: 5.85% if shipped within Arizona.
Multiple Purchases: If you purchase more than one item shipped to the same address, we will gladly combine your shipping & handling charges. Please do not check out or pay until you receive an invoice which includes all items purchased; then pay in one transaction. Paying in multiple transactions will result in higher S&H charges, as items paid for separately ship separately. Some additional S&H may be higher on multiple purchases of heavier items such as dolls and furniture. S&H can NOT be combined for beds, clothes racks, some tea sets, and mirrors, as these items ship separately.
Buy with Confidence: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return any item ("seconds" excluded) within 14 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping and handling charges. The item must be in new, unused condition. If item arrived damaged and was insured, please email us, and we will authorize replacement, including reimbursement for return postage of damaged item.
