2. Check availability with us BEFORE you purchase.
3. Purchase and pay for your package if your dates are available.
4. Follow the link in your purchase confirmation email from eBay to fill out our internet based reservation form immediately after your purchase. Allow up to three (3) full business days to have your request processed and confirmed. We will contact you if additional information may be needed before we can confirm your reservations.
5. We will email your confirmation to you.
Payments: We accept payment via PayPal or you can call our office at (423)245-8200 and pay by MasterCard, Visa, or Discover. If you pay via PayPal, we require you to place a credit card on file for your vacation. No Checks or Money Orders.
Availability: Please be flexible and have an alternate arrival date available. Dates can sell out before we are notified, especially during holiday and peak travel times. Dates are confirmed by an email confirmation letter with a confirmation number. To try to ensure your availability, submit your online reservation form as soon as possible after you purchase your package. Holidays fill up quickly.
CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS: Reschedules and cancellations must be requested by email with your your name and confirmation number (if applicable) before being completed.

MAKING RESERVATIONS Before you begin....
We will be sending emails regarding your reservation request to the email address you list on your reservation. It is very important that you add email@example.com to your email address book or safe email list so important information regarding your reservation isn't dismissed as SPAM by your internet or email provider.
STEP 1 - Fill out your reservation request form. To do so, in your internet browser program, go to www.allgoodreservations.com and fill out our reservation request form. To prevent any errors and ensure accuracy, we do not take reservations by any other means than the website listed abovel. Prior to this point, you should have checked availability prior to purchasing your package with our office and payment should be completed. Please also make sure you are flexible with your travel dates and are familiar with our refund policy.
NOTE: If after submitting your request, you need to make changes to something on your form, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, phone number, and briefly explain your request. Please DO NOT fill out another reservation request form.
STEP 2 - Allow time for your reservation to be processed. We have to allow our resort partners up to three (3) full business days (not including weekends or holidays) to get any of the requests we send them processed and back to us.
During peak times and holidays, this process may be extended unexpectedly due to high volumes of requests. After you have allowed three full business days for us to get your request processed, please feel free to call us or email us to inquire about the status of your request. STEP 3 - We will notify you via email whether or not your dates were able to be held for you or not. If we are able to get the dates you requested, then we will email you and ask you to contact our office to place a credit card on file with the reservation in order to keep the reservation. The card is only charged in the event you are a no-show on your check-in date, don't complete the tour, or in the event you break any of the terms of the promotion or have been dishonest regarding the required qualifications. In some cases, we may also need to obtain faxed copies of couples photo IDs. Without the information we request from you, we cannot confirm your reservation. Once we have all of the necessary information, we will email you a confirmation letter. You would simply print, read, and sign this confirmation letter and take it with you to present during your check-in.
If for whatever reason we are not able to secure your requested dates, then we will attempt to book your alternate travel date if you listed one or advise you of the available options at that time.
