Where's my stuff?: This is the most frequently asked question we receive. PLEASE BE PATIENT! Please understand that we receive hundreds of orders weekly and we strive to process and ship orders within 2 business days after receipt of payment. Please understand that these times may vary particularly during peak periods especially between Thanksgiving and Christmas. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES GIVEN ARE TRANSIT TIMES ONLY ONCE YOUR PACKAGE HAS LEFT OUR FACILITY AND DO NOT ALLOW FOR OUR HANDLING TIME TO PROCESS AND SHIP YOUR ORDER. Please also note what eBay says: Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Please do not email us or call us for tracking information as you will receive a tracking number via your email registered with eBay when your order ships. What if I am not happy with my purchase?: PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE US NEGATIVE OR NEUTRAL FEEDBACK UNTIL YOU HAVE CONTACTED US FIRST! Since all of our merchandise comes with a 14 day right return (less shipping and handling) please give us a chance to resolve any problems prior to giving us negative or neutral feedback. Why didn’t you answer my email?: PLEASE BE PATIENT! We receive hundreds of emails daily and answer each and every one personally in the order received and as quickly as humanly possible! We strive to answer all emails within 24-48 hours of receipt but sometimes we get behind! Please keep in mind that we are not open on Saturday and Sunday so emails sent after 12 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Friday will probably not get answered until Monday. Please check your spam blocker, it may be set too high.
How do I avoid a non-paying bidder strike?: You will not receive a non-paying bidder strike if you confirm your order within three (3) days after purchase and make payment within three (3) days. Payment in full is expected within three (3) days after invoice is sent. If we are unable to establish contact with you after three (3) payment requests, you will receive a non-paying bidder strike and be at risk for receiving a non-paying bidder alert which can ultimately lead to your immediate suspension from eBay.
