RETURN POLICY: 14-Day Limited Guarantee If an item does not function properly or is different from the description, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to make arrangements to exchange the product. Exchanges/refunds will be processed when the original item is returned to our warehouse and inspected. Please note that RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number must be obtained before the item is shipped. RMA will be issued and sent via email along with return instructions on how and where to return your order. Your RMA expires in 14 days of receiving it, and items can not be returned past this date. Returns without an RMA number, will generally be refused by the return warehouse. Please allow 10 additional business days for payment to be refunded on returns once the item has been received. Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling charges of the return. Refund amount will be for the purchase price only. If the item purchased was offered with free shipping, the original outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
