Shipping Information:
All packages are shipped via UPS or USPS within Continental USA (Alaska & Hawaii must contact me about shipping cost before bidding if the listing only offers UPS ground). Check individual listings for available delivery options. If your package is shipping via UPS, please provide a street address, as they will not deliver to post office boxes. Special care will be taken so your item(s) will be well packed for safe arrival to you. Minnesota residents must pay state sales tax.

Multiple-Item Shipping Discount:
I do offer a shipping discount (for most items) if you win multiple auctions or buy store inventory within 5 days. Different listings combine differently for the discount, and not all are eligible. Either the highest shipping cost plus $1.95 for each additional item OR an amount based on the combined weight and your location will cover shipping if the items can be shipped together in one box to the same address. The difference is due to the wide variation in the weight of the items I have listed and whether UPS or USPS is being used for particular listings. If you have questions regarding shipping, ask BEFORE you click on the "buy it now" button and commit yourself. In order to receive a multiple-item shipping discount, items must be combined into one invoice and paid for together.

International Shipping:
International customers please inquire about shipping costs/options BEFORE you commit to buy. In addition to the cost of shipping, international customers will be responsible if there should happen to be any customs import fees, taxes or duties due upon delivery. I cannot mark "gift" on the customs form.

Return Policy:
Satisfaction Guaranteed - if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply ship it back in original condition within 14 days (your expense) for a refund of the merchandise cost (less shipping). Any exceptions to this policy will be listed within the listing description.

Payment Policy:
I accept all major credit cards via PayPal. Please make payment within 3 days from the time you select an item or win an auction. Positive feedback will be promptly left in return. I will ship your item(s) within 2 business days after receiving cleared payment.
