We accept PayPal, as well as all major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Please pay within 5 days of close of auction.

Shipping Methods (USA):
  -Free USPS Priority Mail- on orders of $100 or less
  -Free UPS 2nd Day - on orders of $100 - $1,000
  -Free UPS Overnight - on orders over $1,000
  -Free USPS Priority Mail for APO/FPO Shipments

International Shipping:
All International orders will be shipped via FedEx International Priority Shipping. The flat fee for items shipped to Canada is $39 for first item and $19 for each additional item.
For all other countries we ship at flat fee of $69 for first item and $29 for each additional item.

All international customers are required to pay any applicable custom fees, duties, or taxes that their country requires upon entry of the goods. These fees are not charged by us, and therefore, cannot be refunded by us. If parcels are refused, original and return shipping expenses will be charged to your original form of payment.

We currently do not ship to Nigeria, India, Pakistan and Russia. If we are unable to ship to your country with full insurance we will notify you about this issue.

Handling Time:
Most items will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Custom made orders, and items that need to be resized, will take about 7 days to ship.

Shipping to an address different than the billing address may delay your order. So please notify your credit card company before making a payment for an item that is being shipped to a different address than your billing address.

No Sales Tax except for items shipped to NY. The sales tax to NY is 8.626%

At Allurez your satisfaction is our main priority, and we want to make sure that you are truly satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return the unused item in its original condition within 30 days.

Details:

• All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
• Products that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
• Free gifts that were included in the purchase must also be returned.
• Diamonds and other items that included a Diamond Certificate must be returned with the original Certificate. If the certificate is not included we must deduct $300 per certificate, from the amount being refunded.
• Engraved items are non-refundable
• Special and custom made orders are not refundable
• Packages must be received at our office within 30 days of the day we shipped it.
• Gift Cards are not returnable.
• International shipping charges are not refundable

The return Process:
Our simple return policy makes it very easy to return an item. Simply follow the instructions below:

1. Return Authorization Number (RMA): email us at service@allurez.com or call us at 1-800-554-3509 to let us know that you would like to return your item. We will give you an RMA number. Write the RMA number in the original invoice that we have sent you. Returns will not be accepted without this number.

2. Package Your Return: Safely package the item you are returning, and include all original packaging, the invoice, and collateral material. For security reasons do not write Allurez, or jewelry on the box. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

3. Insure your Package: Insuring your package is extremely important. UPS and FedEx might not insure packages over $500, so we recommend using US Postal Service Registered Mail. Please make sure to get a tracking confirmation for your order.

4. Refund: Upon receiving the package, our quality assurance team will review the item. Upon their approval we will issue a refund within 2 days in the original payment method, except for wire transfers, which will be refunded with a company check. 

Please follow the return instructions exactly as specified to prevent failure of refunding your order. We will refuse receipt of improperly packaged and/or uninsured packages. We will not be responsible for losses or damages during shipment.
