Payment:
We accept PayPal only.
Customers should make sure that their registered addresses are the same both on PayPal and eBay before checkout. (We will ONLY ship items to the PayPal confirmed address!)
Immediate payment is required; Payment should be made within 3 days of auction end.
We only expect serious buyers and each customer has a responsibility (as do we) to follow through with transactions if bids are made. If that condition is breached, we will take steps necessary to protect ourselves and to also ensure that eBay will remain a safe and enjoyable online market place devoid of fake bidders, scammers, black mailers, time wasters etc.
If payment is not made within the 3 day deadline...
Day 5: a payment reminder will be sent
Day 7: a dispute will be filed and an official case opened
Failure to pay may result in an unpaid item strike and banning from eBay as well as from our store.
Terms of sales:
Please ask ANY questions or voice ANY concerns before placing a bid.
We shall not be responsible for any mishandling, damages or delays caused by the postal service.
Usually items will be shipped on the same day or the next day after payment is confirmed; except for certain traditional Japanese sweets or snacks.
No returns. No exchanges. No refund.
Customs taxes or brokerage fees are not included in the item price.
All of our items are already packaged hence no need to worry about bacteria, infection etc.
We only offer the freshest of items and do not sell anything expired or bad.
In giving us feedback, we ask all of you to be decent and reasonable and not to exploit the system (Sadly some unscrupulous users do). Also, please make sure that it will be solely based on our performance as a merchant, NOT as the manufacturer of each product OR as the Postal Service itself.
If you encounter any problems, please contact us prior to any feedback/evaluation as we will do our best to remedy the situation.
Attention World Chocolate lovers!
Our chocolate products are kept in a cool storage room. However due to the very sensitive nature of chocolate itself, there is some risk that the products may melt during transit, especially in the hot summer months. Even so, the products themselves are perfectly edible, delicious and safe. Customers are advised to simply refrigerate the products immediately.
Items not in our store at any particular given time may still be available or we may be able to source it for you! Therefore please don't hesitate to contact us with any queries!
Lastly, please do not bid if you cannot abide by the conditions stated above.
