Product arrived well packed, insulated and cold packs. But it was warm. Packs all melted. I have tried different locations on this ham, and the taste is rancid. I reached out to the seller, before leaving negative feedback. They never answered! So, what I would suggest, if your spending hundreds of dollars for a ham. Go to a place where you can taste it before you buy, IN PERSON.
