Our Earrings are lightweight and approximately 1/8"
thick. The earrings are blank on the back.

Our jewelry is made of a light and sturdy ceramic-like
plastic material. The items are decorated using dye ink then sprayed with a
protective coating. The coating provides resistance from water during normal
daily wear; however, we recommend that the item not be worn in the shower or
the pool. Otherwise, you can wear the items and enjoy them.

Since they are individually made, the color, size, shape,
outline and curvature of the jewelry may vary slightly.
Our
earrings are available in fishhook, post or clip-on styles. Depending on the
size of the earring, the post or clip-on earring may be slightly smaller than
the fishhook style. Please allow an additional day for the assembly of post and
clip-on styles.
When you
purchase items from us, your purchase the item for personal use only and the
copyright of this item remains with us. Strictly no reproduction allowed. Thank
you.
Shipping & Returns
We ship your order on the next available
business day (Monday through Saturday) once your payment is received and
cleared. We ship daily except Sundays and USPS
(US Postal Service) holidays. Special
orders (like post or clip-on earrings) may require one additional day.
If you pay with an eCheck, it may take
several days for your payment to clear, but we will send the items out on the
next business day once the funds have cleared.
Yes. ebay will automatically add
the weights of your purchases and calculate a combined shipping cost based on
these weights. If you purchased multiple items separately within a short time
and we are actually able to combine the shipment, we will refund part of the
shipping charges manually via paypal.
We ship via the US Postal Service. For shipping within the
U.S., the choices depend on the item purchased, but most smaller items have a
choice of USPS First Class mail and USPS Priority mail. Larger items are sent
via USPS Priority mail.
For shipping within the U.S., First Class mail generally takes
between 2-5 days and Priority Mail between 2-3 days, depending on your
location. See the “Shipping and Payments” Tab of the ebay listing for estimated
delivery time.

We have a 14 Day Return Policy. You are
buying handmade items online and things can be different than you expect.
Computer monitors don't always depict color as expected and individual items
may differ slightly from what is pictured.
Whatever the reason, we are happy to accept
returns for an exchange or refund (less shipping charges). If
for any reason you are not completely pleased with your order, contact us.
Whatever the problem is, we will work to make sure you are happy. Your
satisfaction is important to us.
Returns and exchanges are easy.
For return authorization, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt of your
order. For exchanges within the U.S, we will ship your exchange back to you at
no additional charge (shipping is not covered for international
exchanges).
Refunds will be given in form of
original payment for purchase price only (shipping and insurance not
refunded). Package the return or exchange carefully so that it arrives
safely.

There is no tracking available for USPS First Class mail. If
you have selected USPS Priority mail, you will receive a tracking number via
email. One note: unfortunately, the USPS tracking information is not always as
reliable or up to date as it could be.

the item to another address as a gift? (Back to

If you email us at the time
of purchase, we can send the item to a different address and include a Gift
Note. In your email, please indicate what you to say in the Gift Note.
International Orders

It is unlawful to falsify a customs form. We always mark the true value of your
international order on the customs form and include a copy of the invoice for
customs. International orders may have additional Value Added Tax (VAT),
duties, and/or other fees due. We have no control over these fees and
cannot predict if and what you may be charged. These fees are the
responsibility of the recipient and cannot be prepaid. Please contact your
local Customs Authority for details.
All
international orders must go through the customs process of your country.
Depending on the regulations and workload of your country's Customs Authority,
your shipment may be delayed for customs clearance. Please contact your
local Customs Authority for details.

International First Class mail is delivered through multiple
carriers. Because of this, tracking is not available for International First
Class mail.
Payment & Order
Payments are accepted via Paypal. You can use your credit card or an eCheck. If you don’t have a
paypal account, it is quick and easy to set one up. If you pay with an eCheck,
it usually takes between 3 and 5 business for it to clear. Once the eCheck
clears we will send your order out ASAP.
If your order hasn’t shipped and you either want to add items
to your order or cancel your order, please contact us.
