Payment and Shipping
1.) General Information to Payment
Please arrange the payment as fast as possible after you have ordered an article. If you face any problems to pay immediately then please be so kind to inform us. Please, be aware that the price is valid at which you have ordered the article independently to later price changes. The maximum duration which we can give you to pay for the ordered articles is 30 calendar days.
2.) Further Payment Information
The amount which is displayed in the payment informations which we will send to you is valid. The payment information which we send you include already possible reductions of the price, additional reduction will only be given in exceptions. In the case that you do not fully pay the amount as described we do not acknowledge your payment as valid. We woulkd like to advise you friendly that we cannot take any resposnibilities for reduction if you transfer money from overseas to our bank account. In such a case we will ask you to kindly pay the described amount. We will not refund you the money of partly paid items but consider them as unpaid.
3.) Missing Payment
In the case that you have not paid for your ordered articles fully within the duration of 30 calendar days we reserve us the right to contact the ebay dispute board, includingly to give you negative feedback. In such a case you loose the right to be accredited as customer at our shops which includes further offers.
Please be aware, that the shipping is made from Thailand and that for a higher amount of ordered goods there will be higher shipping costs. This refers to additional articles as well as for higher numbers of the same article.
4.) Refund of Payment
we reserve you the right for refund in the case that you are not satisfied with our delivery. The duration in which you can make a valid refund declaration is 14 days after you have received our goods. In the case of such a refund declaration it must be done in written and the articles have to be send back to us. Immediately after we have received the articles back we will give you refund excluding the shipping costs which have to be covered fully by the customer.
5.) General Shipping Information
We usually arrange the shipping after we have recieved fully payment for the ordered articles. This payment must include the article costs and the shipping costs fully as described in the sent payment information. Only in exceptions we deliver later than 7 days after we have received payment. In such cases we will give you written notice and ask you for your patience.
6.) Shipping Costs
The shipping costs are calculated from a combination of delivery destination, delivery amount, weight and phyiscal dimensions of the delivered goods. That means logically that there will be higher delivery costs for a higher amount of delivered goods. This refers to the same article in different amounts as well as for the shipping of various different articles. Shipping costs include generally packing, domestic shipping within Thailand as well as international delivery directly to your domicile or given delivery address.
7.) Categories of Shipping
Usually, we deliver our articles as UPS registered airmail In the case that you demand a faster delivery we can arrange rapid shipping (usually as EMS) for higher shipping costs which we will have to claim from you if demanded.
8.) Duration of Shipping
Usually, the shipping to America should not take longer as 3-4 weeks and to Europe not longer as 2-3 weeks. Of course, there can be exceptions but should not exceed to America 5 weeks and to Europe 4 weeks. These delays are usually caused by the postal services and not us.
9.) Delivery not possible
Please be aware that you have to inform us about the accurate correct address. This is your duty as the customer. In the case that a delivery is not possible and we get your parcel back, we will inform you about reason and registration number of your local post. In the case that we have to ship your item again we will have to ask you to cover partly the additional shipping expenses. We will inform you about these additional costs. Please understand, that we cannot have disputes with worldwide post offices as this is much better to arrange from your side. We will try to support you as good as possible to solve these disputes with your post office.
10.) Special Shipping Services
It is in our best interest to provide for our customers the best possible comfortable and convenient service. Therefor we want as well that our customers feel comfortable and secure in using our services. Directly after we have shipped your ordered articles we will informyou and provide you with the registered airmail number. In the case that we have not heard of you or not received any feedback of you within 3 weeks time after shipment we will contact you to ask if there have been any delays in the delivery. In the case that the shipped articles ahve not been received by you within 30 calendar days we will make an inquiry at our post office to research the reasons for delayed shipment. |
