When I received my Looungefly Snoopy backpack, it was delivered verly quickly. Upon opening up the bag and trying the zippers, the zipper on the pocket would not work. I contacted the seller and they gave me 2 options: Either to request a refund or request a new bag. I requested a new bag and said, if they sent a return label, I would send the first bag back to them. They said, since it was defective, for me to just keep it. This was handled, in my opinion, very professionally.
