We have a fine tuned shipping process that allows us to ship effectively, quickly, internationally, and  with low shipping costs. 

We will always ship within 24 business hours of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

We ship our items out every morning at 10:00 AM MST.  If you make a purchase after 10:00 AM, your order will be processed and shipped out on the next business day at 10:00 AM.

All domestic orders should arrive within 7 business days, most of the time much sooner.

International orders can take up to 6 weeks from the day we ship to arrival at your doorstep. The shipping time is dependent on several factors such as your location, the Post Office, and customs. We have known international orders to arrive within a few days to arrive after 6 weeks.

Unfortunately there are those few instances when a package does not reach its final destination.  If you are a domestic buyer and have not received your package after 7 business days, or an international buyer and have not received your package after 6 weeks, please contact us so that we can track down your package and make sure it reaches its final destination safely!
