We ask that buyers simply contact us with any problems or issues before leaving negative feedback. We like to work with customers to iron out any problems.
UNPAID ITEMS POLICY:
It seems that items going"unpaid" is becoming an issue for a lot of stores and sellers on eBay.
Listing on ebay costs sellers money. We also incur final value fees at the end of each and every sale.
We ask that you do not bid or buy unless absolutely sure you want the item. Should you win an item and then change your mind and refuse to pay, we are forced to file an Non-paying Bidder Claim. We hate to do that, but that is the only way for us to get our listing fees and final value fees refunded to us by eBay.
This is a policy that we DO enforce. If a claim is filed and the buyer still doesn't communicate or pay for the item, eBay gives them a strike. Three strikes and eBay will suspend your buyers account. It's not worth it, so again, if you buy or win, simply submit payment in a timely fashion. We are understanding of payment delays, so if you think you won't be able to pay right away, just communicate that to us!
