COMMUNICATION
Per eBay policy, all eBay related transactions must be communicated and processed through their site.
All questions, concerns or comments must go through eBay messaging. Any off eBay communication attempts are not permitted and will be redirected back to eBay messaging. This policy is in
place to monitor the history of communication between buyers and sellers should an issue arise. Emails will be answered in the order in which they are received during central
business hours, excluding holidays and weekends.
RETURNS
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt. Per our policy and eBay, all returns must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original
packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer and subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be issued an RMA# along with detailed return instructions. This is
available upon request by eBay messaging us. Refunds will not be issued without this required information.
EXCHANGES
We do not accept exchanges.
Often times requests are made for an alternate size or color. Due to our constant change of inventory, by the time the item is returned to us it is of stock or no longer available in the
size or color requested. Only refunds will be issued on approved returns, should the item still be available within our online inventory, you may then choose to purchase
it.
COMBINED SHIPPING
We do combine shipping
domestically and internationally.
Domestic-Most
of our items ship free! With the exception of our shoes/boots which will show the combined shipping cost in the listing specifications. When placed in your shopping cart, shipping costs will be automatically adjusted to reflect the combined
cost.
International-When placed in your shopping cart all items beyond the highest shipping cost will be adjusted to $3.00 per item,
with the exception of shoes/boots, which will be adjusted according to the listing specifications.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Most of our items ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS)
1stclass or priority mail for your convenience. All
will have delivery confirmation and tracking numbers, which will appear under your purchase summary below the item purchased. If you have a question regarding your shipment,
please check your tracking status and let us know if you have reason for concern. Please do not hold Amazing Lace accountable for shipping delays or errors resulting from the shipping
provider's services. Unfortunately, once the item leaves our facility we have no control over it. All tracking deemed delivered will serve as proof of
delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Most of our items ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS)
international 1stclass or priority mail for your convenience. All will have delivery confirmation and tracking numbers,
which will appear under your purchase summary below the item purchased. International shipping times can vary greatly from one purchase to the next. Many times your item can clear
customs without a long term delay while other times your item will show a long delay at one location which is typically a customs port entering your country. We have experienced
shipments taking as little as 2 weeks to arrive and as long as 3 months. Although we understand the frustration when this occurs please understand this is a standard procedure which we
have absolutely no control over.
OUT OF STOCK INVENTORY
If a listing is showing an "out of stock" status in certain styles/colors/sizes, this simply means they have sold out and may or may not be
replenished based upon availability. Many requests are made to be notified when an item comes back in stock. As much as we try to accommodate all of our valued customers, time
constraints will not always allow us to extend this service. Our inventory is constantly changing and updated daily, we recommend checking back frequently as often times the item
sells out quickly.
SIZING
A U.S. sizing chart is available only as a guideline for approximate measurements. As with
all clothing and footwear, every manufacturer can vary slightly from the industry's standard size charts. We are more than happy to measure any item for you to insure you make
the most informative sizing selection.
