 | A: Yes. For domestic items shipped together, each additional item adds $2 to the standard (ground) shipping rates. For international and priority mail we offer a customized discount based upon the actual shipping cost. Please request a combined invoice when all items close and make one combined payment to let us know to combine your shipping. |

 | A: We accept returns with 14 days. Please store any returns in a smoke free environment. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is not as represented. |

 | A: Orders are shipped with 0 to 2 business days. For domestic orders, click on the Order Summary link on the listing page for tracking information. On the Order Summary screen, click on the confirmation number for package status.
Domestic priority mail usually takes 2-3 days. Ground shipping usually takes 2-10 days. Media mail can take longer. |
 | Q: How much is the shipping and handling charge? |

 | A: We use calculated shipping based upon actual shipping cost. Some of our rates include a small charge of $0.25 to $1.00 if the item requires specialized packing materials. |
 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |

 | A: Yes, please see the listing details for included locations. Some items are too large to be shipped internationally. International buyers, customs delays can be substantial, we cannot predict or control these. We report the high bid amount as the value of the item on the customs forms. |
 | Q: Can I purchase insurance? |

 | A: Yes. All domestic shipments can be insured. Some international shipments can be insured through the post office. For international shipments that cannot, we offer insurance though U-PIC, a well-established and reputable private insurance firm. |
