Payment Terms
We accept Paypal, personal checks drawn on American banks, and international money orders drawn in American funds. We cannot accept any Canadian checks, Canadian buyers please pay by Paypal.
Shipping Terms Shipping is quoted for first class airmail for international destinations. Please inquire about upgraded shipping, most upgrades will involve an additional charge. PLEASE NOTE: A packing/handling fee starting at $0.20 per package is included in the above rates. This fee is imposed to align more closely our shipping charges with our actual cost of shipping, including new packing materials and carrier fees.
UPS, USPS and most international items ship daily Monday through Friday. Items requiring special handling ship once a week on Wednesdays.
Insurance
Under the new USPS international postage rate, only certain classes of postage may be insured. Please inquire if you want to insure your package, you may have to upgrade to a different class of service, or register the package. Both options involve an additional fee.
International Returns
We will accept international returns, but the buyer is responsible for the inbound and outbound shipping. The item must be accompanied by the appropriate customs form, if we do not receive the item back because of a missing form we cannot issue a refund. Item must be returned in the same condition, and must be stored before returning in a smoke-free environment. Email Inquiries We respond to email questions on weekday mornings. There may be a delay in responding to weekend or evening questions.
International Buyers We cannot control customs delays or customs duties imposed by your country's customs department. We report international sales as commercial sales for the high bid amount on the customs forms. We do not include any shipping and handling charges in the valuation amount. Please do not ask us to falsify customs forms. |
