Domestic shipping and handling is usually $2.99 by USPS Media Mail for the first movie or game title and $1.50 for each additional like item. We also usually ship USPS Priority mail for $6.85 for the first item and $1.50 for each additional like item.

Delivery time is approximately 4 to 9^ days for USPS Media Mail and 3 to 5^ days for Priority Mail. Transit time may be longer.
^ USPS average transit times (may be shorter or longer). We are not responsible for service transit times. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.
Please understand that we ship your items like clock-work usually within the next business days after a confirmed payment. After our shipment, your item is considered in-transit. Please don't hold us responsible for transit times as we have no control over it. We do our best, on our part to send your items away as soon as possible. Sometimes different Post offices and mail processing facilities may be slow, especially during peak mailing times. We understand your frustration (we use the Post office ourselves) and apologize in advance for that, but there is nothing we can do about USPS transit times.
Please also note: Media Mail orders going to USPS zone 8 (furthest zone from us) in relation to our location, i.e., locations in the states of Nevada, California, Oregon, Washington, and other Western states, Texas, or APO/FPO addresses, US territories and possessions are *sometimes* arriving late. This delay is not something we can control as it has nothing to do with us but has to do with the transit times with the US Postal Service. We do our best to ship your items away ASAP after a confirmed payment.
Customer orders that are less than $50 and contain Pre-orders will ship as one order when all the Pre-orders come available. $50 excludes tax, S&H and other charges.
Insurance: All orders are insured by American Cinema Classics. You are not required to pay additional money to insure your order. If your order is lost or damaged in mail, we will replace it FREE of charge. Remember, your satisfaction is our top priority.
Items may be considered lost only if the USPS tracking information does not show "Delivered" or "Received", or states in some way that your package is lost or mis-directed. If the tracking information shows "Delivered", "Received", "Attempted Delivery", etc., and you did not receive the package please contact your local Post Office as we have no control over that event.
