Yes, although we would prefer payment within 3 days. We prefer immediate, prompt payments but we understand if you are waiting to receive combined shipping rates. If you wait to pay, you run the risk of losing your items. The sooner you pay, the sooner your item is guaranteed yours. After 5 days, eBay will automatically open an unpaid item case which will tarnish you eBay credibility.

We ship Monday-Friday only Fedex and USPS.
1: Do you offer shipping discounts?
Yes, shipping discounts are offered when multiple items are purchased. After the initial shipping cost, it is $2 for each additional outfit or small accessory. We do not have shipping discounts for larger items such as furniture or dolls. 2: Can I send my order to a different shipping address?
Yes, you are able to change the original sipping address in the checkout process. However, we cannot accept address changes after an item is paid for.
International Shipping:1: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship items internationally! Our international customers assume the responsibility for their items and are responsible for their country's shipping policies.
2: What options do you offer for international shipping?
We can ship International First Class to Canada, UK, Germany, and Australia in a padded mailer. If your items total less than $100 and are under 2lbs. If an item has a high value, we will ship it Priority Mail so you can track it and we can get coverage. For worldwide shipping, we can ship Priority Mail International and Priority Mail Express International. 3: What about Customs/Duty fees?
The customer is responsible for all customs/duties charged by their country. Be familiar with the customs regulations in your country. We cannot control how long packages are held in customs or what the duty charge will be if there is one. Customs forms will be marked with the actual dollar value of the item. Please do not ask us to alter this policy. We also don't mark items as gifts.

Yes. All of American Girl and Hanban World products for all American Girl products are 100% authentic and come brand new in their original packaging. 3: Why are some of your items higher in price than the American Girl catalog?
We pay full price for certain items that require an additional markup to maintain our American Girl and Hanban products. These items are for international customers that are not able to buy from the American Girl catalog/retail stores.
