Didn’t message back until I called the store to get an update of my order. Order status still never updated. No tracking number ever given. Besides all of that, rod showed up a few days later. Perfect condition and packaged very well. May have been an issue with eBay. The feedback or updating my order status would’ve taken any questioning away. Pleased with the rod, customer service 5/10
