Freight varies based on building weight and disctance from the factory in PA. For exact shipping quotes, please call 1-800-715-6482 prior to purchasing. We can delivery anywhere in the
lower 48 states for very reasonable rates. HI, AK, Canada, Caribbean, and International orders
please contact our offices for specific freight forwarding options and
quotes. |

Our factory ships via flatbed carriers. All structures originate from
McKees Rocks, PA. It will be the customers responsibility to offload the
truck upon arrival. 48 hour notice is always given prior to arrival of
shipment. If you do not have access to a forklift, loader, or other
equipment, the building can be easily unloaded by hand. The
heaviest panel will weigh approximately 30lbs. Most hand unloads can be
done in less than 30 minutes. Call a friend! |

Our freight schedule is booked two weeks in advance. Building manuals
and factory engineering are sent out via UPS as soon as payment clears, so
groundwork and planning can begin in advance of receipt of the structure.
Rural or hard to reach locations may delay delivery. |
