Our return policy is simple and fair
We accept returns for any reason but how we handle each return is carefully reviewed case by case.
Usually returns are granted a merchandise credit. The customer is going to be responsible for the cost of shipping both ways and the product must come back in the condition it was sent. To return a product you must ask us for a return label and be aware that we will deduct the shipping amount both ways to your merchandise credit.
Natural wood defects and charicteristics do not apply for a misrepresented piece. Most of our furniture is Rustic and will have character so be aware that imperfections in wood are not quality issues.
If we make a mistake and send you a product that is grossly misrepresented or unacceptable quality we cover the cost of shipping both ways. We also offer you a full Cash Refund or mechandise credit depending on your preference.
We are fair people. We believe that most people are honest and fair but at the same time we know there are those that aren't. When asking for a return please give an honest reason and in order to receive the best service photographs are required for quality or misrepresented items.
Damages
We do pack our items very well. Even UPS admits our packaging is better than what they expect. That noted we insure all of our items and if there is any damage we quickly will file the damage claim and replace your product. Photos are needed for our end. UPS requires that an item over 100.00 in value be held for inspection. They do require that you keep the packing material as well. The time frame is 5 business days to keep the product and packaging. |
