Lovely jewelry but came without the box so looked cheap, had to go a buy a box, they said that they sent it but they didn't till I moaned then it came AFTER Xmas and wouldn't pay me for the box that I had to buy, they said that they is nothing they can do, any other company would have sent me the price of the box, so I was disappointed with them

Item delivered was not the item pictured, nor as described in the description. They used a picture and description for a much more expensive necklace in the ad for the one I purchased. When I contacted the seller, they claimed it was the correct necklace. I got taken by an old-fashioned bait-and-switch scheme. Beware this seller.

The Black rhodium on the necklace looks different in photos - the item is correct. We let the customer know they could return for refund - which he did not do.
