How do I pay for my item(s)?

When the auction has ended and you are the winning bidder, click on the Ebay "pay" and/or "pay now" buttons. You will be automatically directed to our Amsco Jewelry Customized Checkout Area hosted by Marketworks, a secure ebay approved checkout provider.
Can I pay directly through Paypal without going through the customized checkout?
How do I combine shipping for multiple items?
How long will it take for my item to arrive once I have paid for it?
- We ship as soon as funds have cleared. You will be notified by email when your item is shipped. Shipping to the U.S. and Canada can take anywhere from 4 to 10 days. Worldwide shipping can take up to two weeks to arrive because of customs delays and the like.
- Note: When paying by eCheck through PayPal, it will take 3-4 business days to process your payment. You will be notified by email when the transaction is complete and your item has been shipped.
What do I do if my item(s) have not arrived in the approximate time indicated?
- It is not unusual for shipments to be delayed several days for various reasons, especially Canadian and international orders. However, if it has been more than 3 weeks since you paid for your order please contact us at carol@amscoonline.com for assistance.
I did not opt for the shipping insurance and my item has been lost or damaged by the post office. Is there anything Amsco can do for me in this situation?
- No. We highly recommend you purchase shipping insurance as Amsco cannot be held responsible for orders damaged or lost during shipping.
What is the Amsco return policy?
- We offer a full merchandise refund on any items returned to us within 2 weeks of item shipped date. Please return the item to the address listed above in its original packaging with a note that includes your name, the item number, and the reason why you are returning the item.
I recently submitted a question I had about a specific item. How long before I get a response?
- We work hard to answer all of your questions as quickly as possible. Usually an answer will be sent to you within 24 hours -- often much sooner.
