It is not unusual for shipments to be delayed for various reasons, especially Canadian and international orders. If your domestic shipment has not arrived within 10 days and your international shipment has not arrived within 30days, please contact us at info@amscoonline.com for assistance.
I did not pay for shipping insurance and my item has been lost or damaged by the post office. Is there anything Amsco can do for me in this situation?

We offer a full merchandise refund on any items returned to us within 2 weeks of item received date. Please return the item to the address listed above in its original packaging with a note that includes your name, the item number, and the reason why you are returning the item.
I recently submitted a question I had about a specific item. How long before I get a response?

We work very hard to answer all of your questions as quickly as possible. Usually an answer will be sent to you within 24 hours -- often much sooner. Email is not always monitored on weekends or US holidays. As a result, messages sent during these times may not receive a response until the following business day.
