A:We do not accept returns on custom made soap orders. We only accept returns on merchandise if an error occurred on our behalf.
Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:Yes, we combine shipping on all orders.
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:You must note your color & fragrance selections on your payment. Orders ship within 3 business days of payment, unless your selections are not specified at the time of payment.

A:Yes, we ship First Class & Priority Mail.

Q:What if I don't specify my color & fragrance choices?
A:We will send you 2 emails requesting your selections. If we don't receive a response to our emails, we will then ship out all white, unscented soaps after 7 business days.
