| Our product guarantee is pretty standard language; if you order an item, and it comes broken or damaged, please contact our office immediately and we'll ship another item out right away at no additional cost. The same goes for the very unlikely chance that you receive the wrong item.
All you have to do is reseal the package, and then give the damaged/wrong item package (resealed) to the UPS driver when he/she delivers your correct item, letting him/her know that you have items to return to the sender.
If you purchase an item, and decide that it is not what you wanted after all, then simply call UPS for a pick up and return it back for a refund minus the shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
The truth is, though, that our products are beautiful, high-quality and affordable, and we sincerely doubt that you'll ever want to return it because it is not what you wanted. |
