You can bid on our auctions knowing that we
strive to keep our customers 100% satisfied with all their
purchases.
Please ask questions! We are happy to answer
all questions regarding our auctions.
Payment
The winning bidders must pay for their items
within 3-4 days of closing of the auction. If
you going to bid on additional items then you have up to 7 days
to pay.
We accept PayPal payments.
If paying by PayPal your items will be shipped to the
address registered with PayPal. If you want
your items shipped to a different address, then you must email
me immediately at the end of the auction with the different
address.
Combined Shipping
We will gladly combine items so you can save
on shipping cost. Just let us know if you are
still bidding on other items so we can send you a final invoice
for the combined shipping. We will wait up to 7 days for
auctions to end to combined shipping.
Please note if you pay for each item
separately you will not received combined shipping.
Shipping
All items are shipped by United States Postal
service within 48-72 hours after receiving full payment.
Most items are sent by first class. We are not responsible
for lost or damaged items once shipped.
We ship to the United States and Canada.
If you do not live in the US or Canada you must email me
first before you bid for our approval and extra shipping cost.
Insurance
Insurance is optional. We are
not responsible for lost or damaged items once they are shipped.
Insurance is available for all items shipped within the
United State. If you would like insurance for
you items there will be an additional cost to you.
Please let us know if you would like insurance before you
pay for items.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your
items, please let me know immediately upon receiving.
Items must be returned to us within 7 days of your
receiving them. Returns must have all
packaging and all item pieces included. Also,
items must be in same condition as received by you. We will
refund cost of your item less shipping & handling charges for
both ways. Your refund will be paid to you in the same manner as
you paid.
